Hi, I’m Nadine,

For more than 16 years, I've supported families with their health and well-being as a Pharmacist. Today, I combine that experience with my passion for infant and child sleep to help parents feel confident, supported and well rested.

As a mum, I know firsthand how exhausting sleep struggles can be. I believe better sleep isn't just about better nights. It's about improving your family’s overall health, mood and connection.

My faith is an important part of who I am and a Bible verse that I love is:
