If we’ve worked together before and things have gone off track - maybe due to regressions, travel, daycare, or toddler boundaries, this focused tune-up helps get your family's sleep back on track without starting from scratch.

What Happens when I Book this Package?
1. Welcome & Preparation for Success
You’ll receive a welcome email with all the details you need, including a welcome guide and an in-dept sleep questionnaire. The welcome pack will outline what to expect and how to reach me. The sleep questionnaire lets me learn about your child’s sleep situation so I can create an updated plan that’s customized just for your family.
2. Your Personalized Sleep Plan
Using the information you’ve shared, I'll complete a comprehensive analysis to uncover what's affecting your child's sleep. From this, I’ll develop a clear, actionable sleep plan for your family. This plan will include everything you need - review of sleep concerns and evidence based solutions, recommended daily routine, night plan, troubleshooting tips and feeding and/or nutritional advice to guide you toward better sleep.
3. Phone Consultation
I'll send you your personalized sleep plan prior to our consultation call so you have time to review it and jot down any questions. We’ll then meet for a 45 minute consultation call, where we’ll go over the sleep plan together, I’ll answer any questions you have and outline the expectations for the implementation and support period.
4. One-One Support (Mon-Fri)
Time to put your plan into action! Your 1:1 support period begins immediately after the consultation call. During this time, I’ll provide regular check-ins, answer your questions and celebrate progress with you!
We’ll be connected through a shared sleep consultation app - a convenient hub where your personalized sleep plan is always accessible. You can log your baby’s sleep with notes, ask me questions and I can review your child's progress and make suggestions or adjustments as needed straight in the app. Everything is in one place, making it easier to stay on track, especially when your sleep tank is low and life as a busy parent feels overwhelming.
5. Wrap Up & Next Steps
At the end of your support period, you’ll receive a wrap-up summary outlining your child’s progress and practical tips to maintain the improvements.
You’ll finish the process feeling informed, supported and confident, equipped with the tools to sustain better sleep for your family.
